A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.
On May 6, 2019, at around 08:12, the Defendant set up a plastic bag containing a large frequency in front of the registration number plate C in order to avoid parking and stopping control in front of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
