전세금 반환
1. The defendant shall pay 36,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

1. On September 1, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant on September 1, 2004 with respect to the 150 square meters of the entire lease period from September 1, 2004 to January 30, 2007 with respect to the 36,000,000 won of the deposit money for lease on a deposit basis.
The plaintiff has renewed the above lease contract on August 2016, and the above lease contract was terminated or terminated at that time.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to return 36,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of a judgment without holding any pleadings.
