1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and Defendant B with respect thereto from May 17, 2019, and Defendant C with respect to the said amount.

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, regarding the defendant B, the "creditor" is deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" shall be deemed to be the "defendant". 2. The judgment of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act) against the defendant C: the judgment by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
