The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.209% in blood, driven a vehicle B with low alcohol in the 10km section from around December 9, 2015 to around 20:45, from around 20:0 to around 20:45, from around the 13th apartment complex in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, an Audio 13, to the front way.
