1. The Plaintiff asserts that around April 14, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 6 million to the Defendant and sought payment of the above loan against the Defendant. As such, it is insufficient to recognize the Plaintiff’s assertion only with the descriptions of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 submitted by the Plaintiff, and there is no other evidence otherwise.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance with the same conclusion is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
