A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
2,537,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On August 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 9, 2017.
[2] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the Metepopty (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows.
1. 2. 3.
