Punishment of the crime
On December 19, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.132% among the blood transfusion around 23:38, the Defendant driven a car in the 300-meter B Spanpo zone from the Do located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, to the front of the rectangular road located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
