On August 27, 2019, the disposition of restricting the qualification of the respondent for participation in the improper businessman against the applicant on August 27, 2019 shall be suspended from the effect of the disposition of restricting the qualification of the improper businessman by the date on which 30 days have passed after the judgment of revocation of the qualification

Reasons

According to the results of the examination and the explanation of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that the disposition in the order may cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and that there is an urgent need to prevent such damage, and there is no other data to recognize that suspension of execution may have a significant impact on public welfare. Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
