On 03. 07. 03. 07. 23:12, at a place where it is impossible to find out a fold near the center of the Gonam-dong, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 5 kilometer during blood alcohol content of 0.113% while under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant.
