1. The defendant shall pay 37,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 9, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking the return of the loan, since the Plaintiff, from December 19, 2008 to September 4, 2009, 37,400,000 won, in total, five times from September 4, 2009, was determined and lent to the Defendant until October 31, 2009, and was 15% per interest month.
