Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. From October 26, 2015 to April 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.), the Defendant committed an act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc. by having the said women do sexual intercourse with the said male descendants by having 100,000 won or 140,000 won from the male descendants who were found in the said business place by installing 4 rooms, shower rooms and 3 locker rooms with the trade name of “G” and operating the commercial sex acts.
B. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds Concealment, concealed the criminal proceeds of KRW 4,853,687 in total over 40 times from November 10, 2015 to April 28, 2016, in order to conceal the acquisition of commercial sex acts, which are criminal proceeds, by means of credit cards, in order to conceal the acquisition of commercial sex acts, as shown in Article 1(a).
As a result, the defendant pretended to acquire criminal proceeds while engaging in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts.
2. Defendant B, around 01:00 on April 21, 2016, at the “G” as indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, Defendant B, who visited the said business establishment, received half of KRW 100,000,000,000, which is the price for sexual traffic and carried out sexual intercourse with that of sexual intercourse once.
3. The Defendant, as the owner of the building in Gwangju City F (hereinafter “instant building”), concluded a lease agreement with A around October 25, 2015 with the second floor of the instant building (a lease deposit of KRW 15 million, monthly rent of KRW 1.2 million), and from around that time until April 26, 2016, with the knowledge that A is running the business of arranging sexual traffic with the trade name “G” on the second floor of the instant building.
