A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the owner of Daegu Jung-gu C, and the building is the neighboring residential facilities, which are specific fire-fighting objects.
An interested person of a specific fire-fighting object shall take measures necessary to install, maintain and manage fire-fighting systems ordered by the head of a fire station in accordance with fire safety standards.
On November 30, 2015, the Defendant received an order for correction and supplementation on six occasions until August 23, 2016, such as receiving an order for corrective measures on December 30, 2015 from the fire station in Daegu, the head of the fire station in Daegu, and received an order for correction and supplementation from the fire station in Daegu on December 30 of the same year.
On October 5, 2016, the Defendant received the Defendant’s home located in Daegu Suwon District Fire Station No. 14:12 on September 28, 2016, in the name of the chief of the fire station in Daegu Jung-gu, the Defendant received the Defendant’s home, as a result of the self-inspection of the building C in the name of the chief of the fire station in Daegu Jung-gu, Seoul, on September 28, 2016, but failed to comply with the order without justifiable grounds until October 29, 2016.

1. An interested person of a specific fire-fighting object which fails to conduct a self-inspection shall conduct a regular self-inspection on fire-fighting systems, etc. installed in such object or have a manager or technician prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister conduct a regular self-inspection;
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not conduct a self-inspection by November 30, 2016, the time limit for self-inspection of C building.
2. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant, who failed to comply with the 8th and 9th order, was issued a corrective corrective order on seven occasions until October 29, 2016, such as non-conformity notification and corrective order issued by the Fire Station in Daegu on December 30 of the same year as a result of the comprehensive close inspection of the said building.
On November 16, 2016, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in Daegu Suwon District Fire Station on November 11, 2016, was in the name of the chief on November 11, 2016, in the name of the fire station in Daegu Jung District Fire Station (Chapter 8).
