1. The Defendant donated from the Plaintiff on October 3, 2015 with respect to the share of 99/100 among the vehicles listed in the separate sheet.

Description of Claim
On October 3, 2015, when the Plaintiff settled a living together with the Defendant on October 3, 2015, if the Plaintiff agreed to donate the Plaintiff’s share of 99/100 to the Defendant among the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet, he/she shall seek against the Defendant the acquisition of the ownership transfer registration procedure
Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment without a presentation of a written reply)
