A. On August 25, 2008, the Plaintiff: (a) on August 25, 2008, the interest rate of KRW 27 million to the Defendant £«1.31% (three-month change rate); (b) the interest rate for delay £« 10% (six-month from the date of delay) per annum; and (c) the lending period was determined and lent by April 20, 2014.

B. The rate of damages for delay after November 28, 201 is 14.68% per annum, and the balance of the debt of the above loan as of November 13, 2014 is 27,485,655 won per annum, including principal 2,4.3 million won, interest 2.58,284 won, delay damages damages 2,927,371 won.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 14.68% per annum from November 14, 2014, which is the day following the above calculation base date, to the day of complete payment with respect to the total amount of principal and interest of KRW 27,485,655, and the principal amount of KRW 24.3 million.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
