A. On December 14, 2012, the Plaintiff’s name purchased a device for a mobile phone as indicated in the Disposition 1 (hereinafter “instant mobile phone”) through the Internet shopping mall in the name of the Plaintiff, and the online application form was prepared to the Defendant’s assistant participant to subscribe to the mobile service. On December 17, 2012, the Plaintiff’s resident registration certificate copy was sent to the Defendant’s assistant participant by facsimile. The above application form was written with the Defendant’s resident registration number, and was written with the Defendant’s address as Seoul Mapo-gu E4 story, and the Defendant’s card number was also written with respect to the payment method of charges.

B. The procedure for concluding a contract for subscription to mobile communications services with the Defendant’s Intervenor online is as follows:

1) First, consent must be given to the terms and conditions of use of the Defendant Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Services. 2) Name and resident registration number shall be stated therein to verify actual names.

3) The subscriber’s basic information must be certified as to the existence of the card number by the card number after recording his name, address, telephone number, e-mail, rate payment method, withdrawal consent, card number and validity period, and then indicating the card number. 4) Lastly, an authorized certificate or a subscriber’s credit card in the case of an authorized certificate is not necessary to display an identification card, and in the case of a credit card certification, an identification card is required.

In the case of the certification of a credit card, if two pages are entered in the front of the four-dimensionals of the name, resident registration number, card number, effective period, and password, the online service subscription contract shall be completed and completed.

C. According to the above method, after the application for online admission was made under the Plaintiff’s name with respect to the mobile phone of this case, the Defendant’s identification was made by means of certifying two pages prior to the number and password owned by the Plaintiff in accordance with the above procedure.
