A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to conduct motor vehicle management business, such as motor vehicle sale and purchase business, shall register with the competent authority, and when a person who has acquired a motor vehicle intends to transfer the motor vehicle again to a third party, he/she shall transfer the ownership in his/her name before transferring it;
The Defendant purchased a motor vehicle over about 274 times as stated in the annexed Table 1, and sold it to C without undergoing the procedure for transferring the normal name at a non-permanent place on September 27, 2014, and sold the B K5 motor vehicle purchased from a person who was in fire before the towing, and from April 13, 2011 to June 1, 2015, the Defendant carried out a motor vehicle management business without registration. The Defendant purchased the motor vehicle to a third party without undergoing the procedure for transferring the normal name, as described in the annexed Table 1.
2. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, such as motor vehicle sale and purchase business, with D shall register with the competent authority, and when a person who has acquired a motor vehicle intends to transfer it again to a third party, he/she shall transfer the ownership in his/her name before transferring it;
In collusion with D, the Defendant purchased a total of 37 vehicles from July 8, 2014 to May 15, 2015, and sold them to a third party without following the procedure for transferring a normal name, and without registration, conducted a motor vehicle management business at the Seongbuk branch office located in Sungnam-si E and 103 around July 8, 2014, by taking over the H-A-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
