The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

On February 21, 2019, the Defendant came to know through the open opening room between the victim B (for example, the name, the age of 21) and the mobile Messenger C. 피고인은 계속하여 “어두운 데로 가야겠다”라고 말하며 피해자의 오른쪽 팔짱을 끼고 언덕길 아래에 있는 주택가 골목으로 데리고 가 “내꺼 커졌다. 내꺼 빨아줘”라고 말하고, 피해자가 거부하자 피해자의 팔을 아래로 잡아당겨 피해자를 바닥에 주저앉게 한 후 “빨아”라고 말하며 성기를 꺼내 피해자의 턱을 눌러 강제로 입을 벌리고 입 안으로 피고인의 성기를 넣어 약 10회 이상 앞뒤로 흔들었다.

피고인은 계속하여 피해자의 겨드랑이 사이에 양팔을 끼워 일으켜 세운 뒤 피해자의 오른쪽 팔짱을 끼고 동두천시 E 옆 골목길로 데리고 가 피해자에게 키스를 하고, 피해자의 점퍼 지퍼를 열고 속옷 안으로 손을 넣어 피해자의 가슴을 만지고, 피해자의 바지와 속옷을 벗긴 후 피해자의 음부에 손가락을 넣었다

뺐다 하고, “뒤 돌아서 벽 잡아”라고 말하여 피해자에게 벽을 잡게 한 후 피해자의 음부를 혀로 핥고 피해자의 음부에 성기를 집어넣으려고 하였으나, 피해자가 도망가는 바람에 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
