1. The defendant,
A. From October 22, 2015, Plaintiff A 10,358,053 and its related thereto:
B. Plaintiff B: 11,321,216.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Some of the plaintiffs claim for damages for delay from the date following the retirement date, but Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act provides that the unpaid wages and retirement allowances shall be liable for delay from the 14th day after the retirement date. Thus, the damages for delay from the 14th day after the retirement date shall be recognized.
