Inasmuch as there is no dispute between the parties or can be recognized by the evidence Nos. 1, 2 (Additional Number), the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 32,00,000 won and 15% interest per annum as prescribed by the Litigation Promotion Act from July 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Although Defendant B demanded payment in installments, it is not accepted as there is no legal basis that the Plaintiff should accept it.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
