1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the decision column for each individual's decision amount and each of them.
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company that employs not less than 10 workers in Pyeongtaek Factory and Gwangju Factory, and operates the vehicle parts manufacturing business, etc., and the plaintiffs are the production workers belonging to the defendant Gwangju Factory and the members of the defendant trade union.
B. The main contents of the collective agreement concluded on December 12, 2008 between the defendant and the defendant trade union are as follows.
Article 31 (Work Hours)
1. Working hours shall be eight hours a day, and forty hours a week;

4. The annual leave may be used in an amount equal to, or in installments only for one year, and for the unused annual leave, the settlement shall be made on the basis of 100 per cent of ordinary wages on the payment date of the monthly salary following the following month of the following year.
Article 41 (Definition and Composition of Wages) Wages refer to all money and valuables paid to members in return for labor force, and the composition thereof shall be as follows:

3. Bonuses shall be extended under Article 43 (Extended, Nighttime, and Holiday Work Allowances), nights, and holiday work allowances shall be as follows:
1. 50/100 of ordinary wages shall be added and paid for early departure and extension work allowances;
2. Night work (2:00 to 06:00) Allowances shall be paid additionally by 50% of ordinary wages.
3. 50 percent of the ordinary wages shall be added and paid for holiday work.
Article 44 (Ordinary Wages) Ordinary Wages are as follows:
