1. On January 27, 2016, the Defendant’s acquisition amount (2016.10) against the Plaintiff at the Daegu District Court of the Armed Forces Branch of the Daegu District Court.

Reasons

1. On January 26, 2016, the Defendant indicating the claim filed a payment order with the Plaintiff seeking payment of the claim for the amount of money transferred from B on the ground that he/she acquired the claim for the amount of goods purchased from B on December 3, 2014, and the payment order became final and conclusive on March 18, 2016 upon receipt of the payment order on January 27, 2016, but the said payment order became final and conclusive on March 18, 2016. However, even if the Plaintiff purchased goods from B, the extinctive prescription of the claim for the amount of goods purchased has expired, and thus,
