1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,856,908 and the interest rate thereon from November 19, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff, at the head of the District Education Office of D and C, entered into an Abdones consignment agreement with the Defendants, who run an illegal and multi-level business, on November 26, 2014. On January 26, 2014, the Plaintiff paid KRW 700,000 to 19360,000 for 2 of the sound vibration on January 12, 2015, KRW 880,000 for 1 of the sound vibration on February 6, 2015, KRW 700,000 for 1 of the sound vibration on March 8, 2015, and KRW 80,500,000 for 1 of the sound vibration on May 8, 2015 to the Defendants.
From December 26, 2014 to May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff recovered the principal amount of KRW 4,303,092 from the Defendants, and received KRW 6,865,98 as profits.
Therefore, the Plaintiff suffered damages equivalent to KRW 45,856,908 due to joint tort committed by the Defendants, and thus, the Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff 45,856,908 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the day of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
