The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 05:00 on March 27, 2016, the Defendant served several assaults on the victim’s head, etc. on the ground that the victim E went to the G apartment within Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 507 dong 506 and 506.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On October 10, 2016, after the prosecution of this case, the victim E does not want to be punished for the defendant.
