Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a public official in charge of D duties at Daejeon Immigration Management Office C, which is located at 26 o-gil 7, Jung-gu, Daejeon.
The Defendant, while operating an entertainment planning company, recruited foreign women overseas, and arranged them to provide entertainment services to domestic entertainment establishments.
With the introduction of F and F, foreign women have been employed and operated with H that operates the amusement center of "G".
On the other hand, as entertainment planning companies such as "E" operated by F on March 2016, which made it difficult for foreign women to arrange for entertainment establishments in a normal way, the Daejeon Regional Police Agency I obtained intelligence and investigation that foreign women enter the Republic of Korea with E-6 visa or sacrifies for art promotion and arrange them as employees of entertainment establishments after having foreign women enter the Republic of Korea.

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) refused to submit the data on the application documents for issuance of a visa to foreign women E-6 and the foreign women’s workplace, contract documents, etc., which are invited by the entertainment planner from the Daejeon District Police Agency, at the office of the Daejeon Immigration Management Office C, the Defendant: (b) around 13:00 on March 8, 201; and (c) requested F to submit the data on the list of planning doctors issued by E-6, including the “E” and “E”, at the immigration office of the Daejeon District Police Agency’s Office; and (d) on the same day, the Defendant called F to the Republic of Korea around 14:09 on the same day.

Accordingly, around March 9, 2016, the Daejeon Regional Police Agency sent a letter of request for cooperation with an investigation by requesting the visa application, employment contract, performance recommendation, documents related to workplace, etc. of foreign women, which is recommended by F, based on the investigation and confirmation of facts necessary for investigation in accordance with the Act on the Execution of Duties by Police Officers and the Criminal Litigation Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act. On March 10, 2016, the defendant received the above letter of request.
