Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who engages in food manufacturing business under the trade name "E" in Jeon Chang-gun, Jeonbuk-gun.
No person shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make a false indication of the place of origin likely to cause confusion, and store or display it for the purpose of sale under a disguised country of origin.
1. From January 1, 2010 to April 2013, the Defendant, at the above place, manufactured a brut as a domestic raw material of China, falsely marked the country of origin of the brut used in the brut as a domestic product and sold a total amount of 28,83km (market price of 521,393,540 won) to unspecified consumers.
2. From January 28, 2013 to around the 31st day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) manufactured “F” and “G” at the same place as domestic raw materials at the same time; (b) falsely indicated the origin of the drilling and the design in Korea; and (c) sold an amount equivalent to KRW 172km (market price of KRW 495,00).
3. Around February 25, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place, stored 5,060 g, and 4,600 g, made of Chinese raw materials as Chinese raw materials, for the purpose of selling them by forging the country of origin as domestic raw materials.
4. Around March 26, 2013, the Defendant kept 52,086km (3,00,000 at a market price) manufactured as in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the same place for the purpose of sale by means of a disguised country of origin.
