1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from May 1, 2017 to May 18, 2019; and (b) May 19, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. On or after June 1, 2019, pursuant to Article 2 of Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on May 21, 2019, damages for delay shall be recognized as 12% per annum, pursuant to Article 2 of Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
