1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 21.9% per annum from May 8, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) On the first date for pleading, the Plaintiff’s claim was reduced by means of service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
