1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 24, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On December 31, 2009, the Plaintiff leased KRW 10,000,000 to the Defendant and KRW 30,000,00 on April 27, 2010.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the loan amounting to KRW 40,000,000 and the delay damages.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
