1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff each share indicated in the separate shares of inheritance calculation sheet among the 3,389 square meters of Qu forest in Nam-gun, Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun.

Reasons

1. Claim for cancellation against the Defendants, the heir of the mortgagee’s right to collateral security on the ground that the secured obligation stated in the claim’s indication has expired due to the expiration of extinctive prescription

2. Applicable provisions;

(a) Defendant C, E,O, or P: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3, and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) The remaining Defendants: the judgment of Confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
