If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 25,000 won.

On August 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment, two years of suspended sentence, and a fine of 100,000 won at the Changwon District Court on the grounds of fraud, etc. The above judgment became final and conclusive on August 25, 2012, but the said suspended sentence was revoked on February 22, 2013, and the Defendant terminated the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on September 9, 2013.

1. No person, such as a disturbance of drinking, shall slickly in the surroundings by very rough words or conducts, or make any alcoholic beverage in a riotous manner under the influence of alcohol, at a place where many people gather or frequent, such as a public hall, theater, restaurant, etc., or on a train, motor vehicle, ship carrying many people;

(a) keeping a disturbance while drunk at a Dong/Eup box located in the Dong/Eup locked of Changwon-si on September 2, 2010, around 12:30;

(b) keeping a disturbance under the influence of alcohol at a Dong/Eup box located in the Dong/Eup counter of Changwon-si on September 21, 2010, around 21:05;

C. Around 12:00 on October 31, 2010, the Defendants avoided a disturbance while under the influence of alcohol at the central district unit of the Busan Police Station located in Yangsan-si.

2. No one, such as a disturbance in the neighborhood, shall disturb neighbors by excessively increasing the noise of musical instruments, radio, television, electric gramophones, bells, loudspeakers, electric motors, etc., or by singing or singing in a large amount;

Defendant

(a) under the influence of alcohol in the agricultural cooperatives of Changwon-si, Changwon-si at around 14:00 on September 24, 2010;

B. On October 17, 2010, around 14:20 on October 17, 2010, it was difficult to avoid disturbance while under the influence of alcohol in front of the Woowon's comprehensive maintenance shop in the Dong-Eup of Changwon-si.
