The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
On November 9, 2016, the summary of the facts charged was assaulted by the victim D(35 years of age, women) in the C cafeteria located in substantial Gu, Cheongju-si on November 18:35, 2016, on the ground that the defendant had contacted his body with the victim D(35 years of age, women) by this hand, on the other hand, on the face of the victim's head, and on the face of the victim's face continuously.
