However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

In the event of surgery or hospitalization due to disease or disaster, the Defendant did not actually require hospitalization using the terms and conditions of the insurance products that are to pay insurance money, and instead, provided formal hospitalization at a hospital where hospitalization is easy for the purpose of receiving insurance money, such as hospitalization expenses and hospitalization allowances, and did not receive proper hospitalized treatment while staying out or staying outside the hospital. Even if the disease requires hospitalized treatment, the Defendant received long-term hospitalized treatment more than necessary, and then was issued documents necessary for receiving the insurance money, such as a certificate of hospitalization and diagnosis, and submitted them to each insurance company to receive insurance money.

On September 16, 2009, the Defendant applied for insurance money, such as daily allowances, along with relevant documents necessary for the receipt of insurance money, from the victim KB Life Insurance and the victim interesting country fire insurance (ju) to November 2 of the same year, as if he/she had been hospitalized for 24 days until October 10 of the same year, as if he/she had been in need of hospital treatment for more than 3 days even though it was in a situation where he/she had received hospital treatment only for 3 days at the time, and as if he/she had been hospitalized for more than necessary, he/she was hospitalized for 24 days from October 10 of the same year.

In addition, from around that time to February 26, 2016, the Defendant transferred 22 sick and botanical gardens by the same method, and repeatedly discharged 828 days in total over 45 times, as shown in the list of crimes A, four insurance companies with four victims as the insurance money. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23423, Feb. 232, 2015>
