Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person liable for military service as a public duty personnel member.
The Defendant did not file a move-in report within 14 days, notwithstanding the fact that he/she moved to his/her place of residence to 320 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul building and Seongdong-gu Seoul building 202 on February 1, 201, without justifiable grounds.
