The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant, around 05:30, 2018, went off from the KS Broadcasting Station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 289, and obstructed the victim by threateninging that the victim’s face part of the victim’s face can be cut off one time by drinking by the victim and knife with the victim’s knife and knife with the wall in the roadside.
2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. According to the agreement submitted by the defendant, the above victim has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant after the indictment of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
