1. On March 25, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a F rocketing car with a blood alcohol level of 0.196% under the influence of alcohol level, without obtaining a driver’s license within approximately 150 meters from the front of the road in 16:05 Ma-si B to the front of the E-ju shop located in D in the same city.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a F rocketing car.

On March 25, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 16:05, driven the said car and became to turn to the left at the H market room from Gelst to H market room.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform necessary duty of care due to the above influence of alcohol, and neglected to turn to the opposite left of the vehicle at the right edge of the opposite part, and received the right part of the vehicle at the right edge of the said rocketing and other vehicles, behind the right part of the vehicle at the right edge.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
