On April 29, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. and Regulation at the Suwon prison on April 29, 2009, and was released on October 28, 2009 and passed on November 8, 2009 during the execution of the sentence.

1. 2.
