A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents shall be engaged in driving of a vehicle B-to-purd motor vehicle;
On September 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on September 29, 2016, and continued to drive the said car on the one-lane road in front of the D cafeteria located in the Danan-gun, Newan-gun, Seoul at the front of the D Don-gun, the front of the D Don-do road,

After all, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the instant 14-day malone mar, which requires medical treatment, from the victim E and the victim F, each of whom is a passenger of the said vehicle with the foregoing occupational negligence.
