The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

around October 9, 2014, the Defendant 2015 Ma54 (2015 Ma54), at D cafeteria located in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, the victim E (the 54 years of age), who is an employee of the said cafeteria, provided the investigation team by reporting the Defendant to the police, etc. in relation to the case in which the said victim gets criminal punishment due to indecent act by force.

At around 22:50 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated the victim under the influence of alcohol in the above D restaurant that “the Defendant was breathing year; (b) the male male in the gurative male would tear the breathing year; (c) the breathing year; and (d) the F, the operator of the restaurant in that place, who continued to employ a low person, is illegal; (b) the funeral will not take any place; and (c) the male in the following years will take all of the measures. There was no crime; (b) the Defendant brought a complaint to the police station for the absence of such crime; and (c) the Defendant expressed the desire that the victim would threaten the victim as if he would cause harm to his life and body; and (d) the Defendant could be subject to criminal punishment as stated in the attached Table 4 from November 2014 to February 5, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted and threatened the victim who provided a criminal investigation team on his criminal case for the purpose of retaliation.

around 23:20 on October 9, 2014, the Defendant stated that “A victim E (the 54-year-old indictment is written in 50 years of age, but it appears to be a clerical error) who is an employee under ice in the above D restaurant.” However, the Defendant said that “Is the drinking,” “Is the refusal as a defect,” and said, “Is the victim’s refusal as “Is the drinking, Is the drinking, Is the drinking, Is the drinking, Is the drinking.”
