Reasons

1. On December 27, 1995, around 18:41 on December 27, 1995, the penal provisions applied to summary orders subject to review on December 27, 1995, by the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, the Defendant is acquitted pursuant to the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
