On September 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court’s port branch on November 4, 201, and one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on February 15, 2016, and two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daegu District Court’s port branch on February 15, 2016, and around October 14, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, and was sentenced to eight times of punishment for larceny.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes;

A. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the Victim C at around 20:0,00, when the victim C was placed in front of the office of “E located in North-gu, North-si, North-si, North-si; and (b) the market price of the victim C’s 25,000 won was stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., and stolen the victim's property during the repeated crime period.

B. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, committed a theft of a bicycle equal to KRW 50,000 at the market price set up by the Victim F in the “Central church” parking lot located in the north-gu, 27, which was located in the north-gu, North Korea at the port.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., and stolen the victim's property during the repeated crime period.

On October 27, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against Victim G, with a 400,000,000,000 won of the market value of the victim G located adjacent to “I” located adjacent to “I” located adjacent to the north-si, North-si, North-si, North-si, and the victim’s self-owned truck space parkeded at that space, and a 1 network of a 10,000,000,000 won of the market value in the self-owned truck space owned by the victim.

On November 4, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim K, at around 14:50 on November 4, 2017, at the open door of “M” L in North-gu, Northern-si, and the victim K was managed at the above open door, two iron plates equivalent to the market price of KRW 30,000.
