1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for a total of KRW 54 million and 21% per annum from January 1, 1998 to April 4, 2003.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment deemed to be a confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and judgment against Defendant A by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act, and against Defendant B).
