Punishment of the crime
On October 26, 2016, at around 04:55, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle at a section of about 50 meters from the front of the Parkdo Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si, to the front of the clothing store located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.189 percent in alcohol level.
