Purport of claim and appeal

A. On May 1, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for broadcast production and transmission (hereinafter “instant contract”) of the “CC 3-day” program, which is the KBS 2TV documentary program. The main contents of the said contract are as follows.

- Program Production: KBS 2TV Crecule’s vocational awareness of infant and child care teachers at CBC 5 minutes as much as possible. - The program aims to broadcast within August 2015 as possible. - The Plaintiff shall pay to the Defendant the amount of KRW 50 million with the production cooperation cost, KRW 58 million with the production cost, and KRW 88 million with the production cost to the Defendant by May 29, 2015, and the Defendant’s personal account (bank C), which is the Defendant’s production agent. The term of contract shall be from the date of prior investigation for filming to the date of completion of production, to the date of completion of production, and the date of commencement of production shall be from the date of deposit of production cost and value-added tax to the Defendant, and the Plaintiff shall not be obliged to return the same amount to the Defendant under the contract.
