1. The defendant completed to B as of August 14, 1997 the receipt of No. 33763 on August 14, 1997.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. As to B, the Plaintiff has a claim based on the judgment of the Gwangju District Court 2009 Ghana43268.
B. The Defendant set up the right to collateral security, such as Paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. 1 on the real estate stated in Paragraph (1) of the same Article, but the ten-year extinctive prescription for the right to collateral security has lapsed.
C. The Plaintiff seeks the cancellation of the above right to collateral security against the Defendant on behalf of insolvent B.
