On December 15, 2016, the defrauded G Co., Ltd. filed a claim for insurance proceeds with the victim G Co., Ltd. by preparing and submitting a claim for insurance proceeds with the purport that the Defendant was hospitalized due to a traffic accident at the “D Council” located in the Si interesting City for 14 days from October 29, 2016 to November 11, 2016.
