2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff could be found to have remitted KRW 50 million to the defendant on December 31, 2015. However, the above facts alone are insufficient to confirm the fact that the plaintiff lent the above money to the defendant, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
