The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

The court below rejected the defendants' assertion that the contract of this case is null and void since it does not constitute a juristic act contrary to social order under Article 103 of the Civil Act, and the plaintiff transferred the management right of F to the defendant C without a medical institution, and it did not violate Article 33 (2) of the Medical Service Act.

Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the lower court did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the legal doctrine on Article 103 of the Civil Act and Article 33(2) of the Medical Service Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
