모욕
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At around 17:00 on November 3, 2018, the Defendant filed a complaint with “C” general restaurants located in Yasan City B, and publicly insultd the victim by speaking to the victim D, “Chewingly, steging from the following floor, steging, tearing,” and speaking to the large amount at the hearing of E, the State of the above restaurant.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;
(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.
(c) Submission of a written agreement (which shall be deemed to include the intention of withdrawal of a complaint) during the trial process;
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
