B. On September 30, 2013, the Plaintiff Company submitted to the Financial Services Commission a business report stating the business status including the financial statements for the 12th business years from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. Accordingly, the details were disclosed to the general public through the Internet’s listing company’s disclosure site. The financial statements include the following matters:

C. The Defendants attended the “D Debate” held on January 21, 2014 in C (hereinafter “instant debate”) and offered the title “E”, and Defendant B started to be a debate.
In the instant debate, Defendant A announced the results of investigating the individual purchase and joint purchase prices of middle and high schools in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which jointly purchased school uniforms from August 2013 to October 10 of the same year, and the official rent prices, etc. of companies manufacturing joint purchase of middle and high schools in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, along with the screen of the materials for announcement. ① The average price of joint purchase of middle and middle school 265 school uniforms is KRW 190,520, the average price of individual purchase, KRW 243,512, and KRW 133 of high school.
