A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On October 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act by this court, and completed the execution of the sentence at a public prison on January 17, 2017, and is not a narcotics handler.
At around 02:00 on May 11, 2017, when four months have not yet passed since the execution of the above punishment was completed, the Defendant administered the above punishment in a way of dilution with water with approximately 0.05g of the Meptile C and 102, which is a local mental medicine, in the dwelling of the Defendant ( Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, and 102).
